We can also offer all levels of the Hail Production Plan (HPP). This plan was popular with some agents when it was more affordable and they could demand your underlying MPCI policy to write it. Since the RMA abolished this linking, states have ruled this under-rating as a form of rebating and the production plans have become much more expensive.
